A company is looking for a Director of Maternal & Infant Health Initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of maternal and infant health programs and advocacy strategies across the stateEngage and mobilize community partners, building strong relationships to advance mission goalsManage coalition relationships and represent the organization in advocacy efforts with policymakers and stakeholdersRequired QualificationsA minimum of 5 years' experience in maternal/child health program planning and implementation, advocacy, or public health programmingExperience with results-based accountability modelsSkilled in community engagement and coalition management, particularly with multicultural communitiesMaster's degree in public health, health advocacy or policy, community health, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to recruit, mobilize, and lead volunteers and partners effectively
