Come build the future of pharmacy with us.Job Posting TitleSenior Program Manager - Trade Relations - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Senior Program Manager is accountable for leading and executing core programs within the Trade Relations teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives related to assigned line of business across all market segments and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work effortsCollaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and on budget implementation of programsConduct analysis, designs solutions, and monitors performance against metrics, business and/or client requirementsManage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new strategies are successfully developed and implementedCollaborate with other business units to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metricsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting1 year of project/program management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsAbility to work in self-directed environmentCritical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutionsProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related fieldPotential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our Benefits Page ( and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail ( Therapeutics LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
