Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to drive revenue growth, elevate brand presence, and enhance guest engagement across this high-profile integrated resort. This role will oversee all aspects of casino marketing, including acquisition, retention, and reinvestment strategies, while leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within gaming, hospitality, or integrated resort environments
- Proven success developing and executing player development and VIP programs
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and database-driven campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to lead through data with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience managing budgets, P&L, and marketing performance metrics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Must be 21+ and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive casino marketing strategies that drive gaming revenue, profitability, and database growth
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to cross-functional marketing teams, executive leadership, and external partners
- Lead and mentor teams across advertising, digital marketing, PR, events, player development, rewards, and database marketing
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and overall marketing financial performance
- Design and optimize promotional calendars, offers, and player incentive programs aligned with business objectives
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure best-in-class execution
- Drive performance marketing across digital, social, paid media, and CRM channels
- Partner closely with operations teams including F&B, retail, nightlife, HR, and IT to ensure alignment and execution
- Champion innovation in marketing technology to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure full compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies
- Represent the property at industry and public events as needed
About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest and most recognized hotel-casino resort destinations in Reno, Nevada. Originally opened in 1978 and continuously evolved, the property now features approximately 2,000 guest rooms and suites and boasts the largest casino floor in Reno and Northern Nevada, with over 80,000 square feet of gaming, including slots, video poker, table games, and a full race and sportsbook.
The resort has recently undergone significant renovations, including upgraded gaming areas, modernized interiors, and enhanced guest environments. It is also home to premier entertainment venues, including a nearly 3,000-seat Grand Theatre featuring one of the largest indoor stages in the world.
