A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to drive product improvements and new product development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead existing product improvements and new product development initiativesCollaborate with Executive Leadership and the Product Development team to spearhead new engineering projectsOversee the full lifecycle of product development from concept through launch and commercializationRequired QualificationsMinimum 5-7 years of Electrical Engineering work experienceBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field3+ years of experience using circuit simulation and PCB design software (PSpice and Altium preferred)3+ years of embedded programming experience (C/C++), with familiarity in ESP32 and PIC preferredExperience in PCB thermal analysis, airflow analysis, and high ambient temperature circuit design
