A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support the iCIMS ATS and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and user access managementCollaborate with HR teams to enhance recruiting workflows and automate HR processesDevelop and maintain HR metrics and reports to support business decisions and complianceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of HRIS experience, including administration of iCIMS and UKGExperience in the healthcare or home health industry is preferredAdvanced proficiency in iCIMS and familiarity with other HRIS platformsStrong Excel and reporting skills, with knowledge of data visualization tools desirable
