Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Assist the Paint Production Lead in day-to-day powder line operations to ensure consistent production flow.; Independently apply powder coating to semi-complex production parts while meeting quality and productivity standards.; Understand and operate all coating equipment, including electrostatic charging and application systems.; Accurately record daily powder usage and maintain required documentation for traceability and quality control.; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coating booth and surrounding work areas.
