Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entertainment areas, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter; Monitor access points and observe guest and employee activity to help identify unusual behavior, provide directions, and support orderly operations during busy periods and/or special events; Assist with handling customer service concerns, monitoring crowds, and following post orders related to lost children, guest disputes, medical incidents, and/or other security-related matters common to a retail and amusement environment
