Seeking a Caregiver with training & experience with Dementia patients. Patient is a 77yr. Old male with memory & mobility issues. He is easy to get along with & cooperative. He's a great guy! He needs assistance with activities of daily living, 3days/week +, while I work. Caregiver will serve meals, assist with mobility & do some mild PT with patient. Pt. uses briefs/pull ups for incontinence. We have 2 small pups that need to be fed & let in & out.
