Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Do you have a sharp eye for detail, strong computer skills, and take pride in writing professional, clear emails? We are hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who brings those skills to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love getting things right the first time this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Process and track all inbound and outbound shipments with a high degree of accuracy
• Coordinate carrier pickups and communicate directly with carriers, suppliers, and vendors clear, professional written communication is a must
• Use our ERP system and MS Office daily to log, track, and report on shipments and inventory
• Inspect incoming freight, identify damages or shortages, and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Maintain adequate inventory of shipping materials and supplies at all times
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move and stage materials
• Make local supplier pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle

What We're Looking For

• Strong computer skills MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required; ERP experience a strong plus
• Exceptional attention to detail errors in this role have real consequences and we need someone who owns that
• Excellent written communication skills you write emails that are clear, professional, and get results
• 12 years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Knowledge of parcel, LTL, TL, and international freight
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Forklift experience or willingness to certify
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule when needed
• Must be eligible for any required US government export authorizations (ITAR 120.15 / EAR Part 772)
