  • Location: Sparks, NV
    Schedule: Full-time | 6:00am to2:30pm

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Production Grouper to join our food manufacturing team. This role is responsible for accurately grouping, organizing, and preparing food products during the production process while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Group and organize finished or semi‑finished food products according to production specifications

    • Ensure product counts, weights, and presentation meet company requirements

    • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times

    • Work collaboratively with production, packaging, and quality teams

    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

    • Identify and report product inconsistencies or defects

    • Meet productivity and accuracy goals in a fast‑paced environment

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or packaging preferred

    • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    • Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented

    • Comfortable working in a temperature‑controlled production environment

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

    • Repetitive hand and arm movements

    • Standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift



Pay Details: $19.20 to $20.20 per hour
