Specialists in employment litigation, patent litigation, or other litigation niches are encouraged to apply via the matching specialty listing where available.What You'll Do Design legally realistic scenarios drawn from your litigation practice (motions, discovery, depositions, briefs, case strategy)Write "golden" reference responses at attorney‑level qualityGrade AI‑generated responses against structured rubricsProvide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behaviorParticipate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessionsYou're a Good Fit If You Have 1–4 years of professional experience in civil litigation at a law firm, government agency, or legal departmentHold a J.D. (U.S. / Canada) or LL.B. / LL.M.
