TJX - 911 Topsy Lane - Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, organized store environment with a focus on floor care; Operate floor care equipment (scrubber and buffer) and perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows; Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store and support front end coverage; Ensure health and safety policies are followed and communicate effectively with management
