Business Integration Consultant Principal - RemoteThe Business Integration Principal is responsible for executing functional strategy, managing a team of Business Integration Consultants, leading new client implementations and enterprise-wide projects, analysis, and/or initiatives. This position is responsible for driving key business outcomes for Prime through a blend of project management, enterprise analysis, and client or executive engagement.ResponsibilitiesLead client implementation activities by providing ownership of workstream delivery including negotiations with clientConsult and collaborate with internal and external client project teams to work through the Enterprise Project Lifecycle / Implementation Framework.Execute upon defined strategy for the assigned accountable portfolio of work (pod).Build positive working relationships with clients and maintain throughout implementation until transition to Client EngagementManage external consultant and business partnerships to ensure successful implementation outcomes (consultative, handle conflict, anticipate challenges, provide recommendations, business awareness)Facilitate, coordinate, and lead implementation/project kickoff meetings, large client on-site meetings, issue resolution focus sessions and gap analysisManage a team of Business Integration Consultants and Business Integration Leads. Mentor, guide, and develop other functional team members as needed.Partner with the project teams in the identification of integration tasks, client outlier requests, resources, milestones, deliverables, and dependenciesAccountable for maintaining process documentation and best practices for the respective portfolio of work.Other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required7 years of project management or business analysis or relevant work experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsStrong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and meeting leadership/facilitation with various internal and external leadersAbility and desire to drive complex business needs and influence organizational changeProven ability to work under strict timeframes and under pressureStrong problem solving and analysis skillsProven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, while maintaining qualityPreferred Qualifications5 years of healthcare or PBM experience3 years of managerial experience or leading cross functional work efforts2 years of consulting experienceCommercial and Government Programs PBM experience5 years of experience leading cross-functional effortsPrevious experience hiring, managing, and developing employees and building high performing, engaged teams.Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and proceduresEvery employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
