To strengthen our leadership team and support our continued growth across North America, we are looking for an Operations Director based in the United States.

Role and responsability :

• Effectively supervise operations to meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives
• Solve problems and drive continuous improvement of methods and processes
• Organize work and develop teams to maximize performance
• Optimize resources and equipment while supporting business development and customer satisfaction
• Ensure a safe work environment by rigorously applying health and safety standards

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations
• Over 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and mechanically inclined
