Role Starts May 5th, 2026 Schedule: Mon-Fri( 5 am - 1:30 pm OT as needed) Interview with Small Parcel Manager. Under general supervision, the Coordinator, Wave Planning is responsible for the planning, review and scheduling of daily orders and waves within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Collaborate with warehouse management and customer service to balance work flow and meet delivery targets. Observes all safety and regulatory standards and ensures quality of work product while working in an efficient and timely manner. Plan out daily work to be completed each shift by compiling customer orders into workable "wave groups" for the order pickers. This includes identifying orders according to daily transit schedules and planning & scheduling all weekly outbound orders. Release work to the queue in a manner that ensures maximum levels of productivity while ensuring work balance across the warehouse zones.
