The ideal candidate will have extensive experience assisting with complex cardiac procedures, emergency interventions, and advanced electrophysiology cases in a fast-paced hospital environment.Schedule Shift Time: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PMSchedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per weekDays: Variable based on department needsOn-Call Requirements Weekday call: 5:00 PM – 6:30 AMWeekend call: 24-hour call coverageMust be available for emergent cardiac procedures and STEMI interventionsKey Responsibilities Assist physicians during: Heart catheterizationsElectrophysiology (EP) proceduresAtrial fibrillation (Afib) ablationsAtrial flutter (Aflutter) ablationsSVT ablationsPacemaker insertionsEmergency STEMI / heart attack interventionsScrub and assist during interventional cardiac proceduresPrepare and maintain sterile fields and procedure roomsOperate and troubleshoot advanced cardiac imaging and mapping systemsMonitor patient condition and procedural equipment during casesCollaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, nurses, and anesthesia teamsMaintain accurate procedure documentation and equipment readinessRequired Experience Strong recent experience in: Cardiac catheterization lab proceduresElectrophysiology proceduresInterventional cardiology casesEmergency cardiac interventionsAbility to independently scrub interventional cardiac proceduresExperience with: GE MacLabPhillips X-ray systemsCarto mapping systemFarapulseImpellaShockwavePreferred Experience Ability to scrub EP procedures independentlyExperience in high-volume or high-acuity Cath/EP labsExperience responding to emergent STEMI casesAdditional Requirements Must live 100 miles away from facilityStrong critical thinking and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in fast-paced, unpredictable procedural environmentsAbout Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
