• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in property management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Support the Service Manager in overseeing daily maintenance operations.

Assist with scheduling, assigning, and completing work orders in a timely manner.

Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance.

Help lead and train maintenance team members to ensure quality and efficiency.

Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections.

Ensure apartments are move-in ready and maintained to high standards.

Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and urgency.

Assist with vendor coordination and oversee completed work.

Help manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance expenses.

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
