The Salvation Army (Western) - 1690 Wedekind Road - Responsibilities: Maintains property and equipment in clean, orderly condition and conducts daily inspections; Cleans and polishes interior common areas (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, scrubbing and wax & polish floors, walls, ceilings & light fixtures); Maintains exterior areas (sweep parking areas, sidewalks, patios, grounds; rake leaves; cut grass); Moves heavy objects such as appliances or furniture to cleaning areas; performs minor maintenance (light bulbs replacement, small area painting); Assists maintenance personnel with jobs; provides records/reports; handles on-call after-hours emergencies; represents The Salvation Army positively to residents and staff
