Job Description Job Description Warehouse Associate - Forklift Experience Required Available Schedules: Night Shift (B Crew) = 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Pay $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Based on experience Key Responsibilities Safely operate a sit-down propane forklift throughout the facility
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
Move materials between warehouse and production areas
Stage, organize, and store materials accurately
Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FIFO procedures
Scan, track, and update inventory records as needed
Prepare finished products for shipment
Meet productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum 1 year of sit-down propane forklift experience required
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience preferred
Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software preferred (SAP experience is a plus)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must successfully complete an onsite interview and forklift skills assessment
Work Environment Exposure to moving forklifts, warehouse equipment, and machinery
Warehouse temperatures may exceed 90°ree;F with high humidity
Noise levels may exceed 85 dB
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in designated areas
Overtime may be required based on business needs
