Field Dispatcher

Bejac Corporation, one of the largest specialty equipment dealers in the Western United States, is hiring.

Our Reno, NV location is currently seeking a Field Dispatcher who will dispatch the appropriate technicians for the job.

This is a full-time position; Monday -- Friday, 8 AM -- 5 PM. Bejac offers an excellent benefits package! Must be located in or around Reno.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls related to service billing questions, disputes and/or explanations
• Follow-up on quotes and pending repairs
• Monitor mechanic time on work orders
• Control labor hours
• Prepare technician evaluations
• Discuss technician deficiencies
• Answer calls for service, recording the necessary information to either work through the situation or to dispatch the appropriate technician

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisor experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
