Key requirements: Previous roller man experience preferred Willing to obtain OSHA 10 (required to start) Ability to operate heavy rollers to compact asphalt, gravel, and soil Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Must have reliable transportation Shifts: Monday-Friday, 6AM-4PM (flexibility is required, some jobs may start earlier or go later) Heavy OT and weekends available!
