Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join a growing manufacturing team. This role involves welding, fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components based on blueprints and production specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Fabricate and assemble metal parts and equipment

• Operate hand tools, grinders, cutting torches, and fabrication equipment

• Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Work closely with production and assembly teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required

• MIG welding experience preferred

• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
