This position supports the broader KAM team by ensuring that clients who come to LegalMatch not only understand how the platform works - but are actively guided toward speaking with and retaining our member attorneys.Your primary responsibility is to drive client conversion through high-impact phone intake , client support, and issue resolution. This role blends inbound service with sales-minded intake coaching , helping clients take confident next steps that lead to more attorney-client matches - and ultimately, more revenue retention for LegalMatch.This position is 100% in-office located in Reno, NV.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound client calls with empathy, urgency, and a focus on conversionConduct or assist with phone intake, guiding clients to clearly and fully submit their case in a way that positions them for legal follow-upUse persuasive, consultative communication techniques to encourage clients to respond to attorneys, book consultations, and move forwardResolve basic client issues (e.g., account access, password resets, account deletion) quickly and professionallyRespond to client emails with clear solutions or escalate to the appropriate KAM if attorney contact is neededHandle inbound leads from social campaigns and ensure those potential leads are guided into full intakeRedirect attorney calls appropriately, while maintaining a polished, professional experienceSupport KAMs with any client-side coordination to improve responsiveness and conversion ratesRequirementsWhat Success Looks LikeClients complete intake forms more thoroughly and frequently - especially via phoneClients respond to attorneys more often and book more consultationsAttorneys report higher client engagement and retention ratesKAMs and Member Attorneys spend less time chasing incomplete intakes or disengaged clientsClient experience is smooth, professional, and consistently moving toward resolutionWho You Are1 - 3 years of experience in sales, intake coordination, or high-touch customer serviceNaturally persuasive, confident, and conversational on the phoneAble to speak to both the emotional and practical needs of a person facing legal issuesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and accountableComfortable working proactively and independentlyWhy This Role MattersAt LegalMatch, the faster a client hears from an attorney - and the more prepared they are - the more likely they are to retain.
