As a Qualified Warehouse Worker Hardwood Floor Repair, you will be a key part of our production process, responsible for the physical restoration of hardwood floors to ensure they are safe for use in the global supply chain. This is a high-energy manual labor position, where you will use industrial nail guns and saws to remove damaged boards and replace them with quality lumber. You will be responsible for making quick decisions about the integrity of the floors, ensuring that each unit you rebuild meets strict standards of durability and quality. Pay and Performance Incentives

Guaranteed Base Pay: $21.00 per hour.

The faster you work with quality, the more you can earn! High-performing employees can reach $32.00 per hour by reaching our highest production levels.

What You Will Do

As a Qualified Warehouse Worker Hardwood Floor Repair, your main responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting pallets for damage, wear, and structural issues.
• Using tools like nail guns and electric saws to repair pallets.
• Replacing boards, reinforcing weak areas, and removing/replacing nails.
• Following all safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What We Are Looking For

• 2 or more years of manual labor experience or a similar field.
• Familiarity with tools like nail guns, electric saws, and/or hand tools.
• Ability to stand, stoop, and lift weight for 8 to 10 hours.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with dust, noise, and temperature changes.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, and lift weight for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to lift and move repeatedly pallets and materials, which can be heavy.
• Requires good manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity to inspect the condition of pallets.
• Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and safety alarms in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent vision, including near vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, to inspect pallets and observe the environment for safety.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures, both hot and cold, and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toe boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
