Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Overtime: May be required based on business needs

A government-issued ID may be required to enter the facility.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control / QA Associate with strong communication and organizational skills. This position supports inventory accuracy, quality assurance processes, and daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys working with others, and can effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory control processes
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and bin location variances
  • Research problem orders, receipts, and inventory issues
  • Enter and update information in the order management system
  • Perform system entries to maintain inventory and bin accuracy
  • Follow quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Perform product counts and inventory audits
  • Stage materials in designated areas
  • Operate warehouse equipment and tools as needed
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to maintain accurate documentation
  • Support daily warehouse operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to help ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using order management or inventory systems in a high-volume warehouse/distribution environment
  • Basic clerical and data entry skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift experience preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs at times
  • Ability to work in a distribution center environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, heights, and moderate noise levels
  • Must be flexible and available for occasional overtime or non-standard hours as needed


Pay Rate : 20.50
