This includes creating and issuing invoices, initiating billing cycles, and verifying appropriate charges. The role also involves generating freight quotes using established company policies and procedures and providing excellent customer service support via telephone and email.

The role is set in an office environment with a team of around 14 Customer Service Representatives. Business attire is required, and shifts may vary within the operating hours of 7am to 6pm, to be discussed during the interview process. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
