Responsibilities include ensuring proper processes are followed, addressing errors promptly, training new and existing employees, and maintaining the Distribution Center.Compensation & SchedulePay: $21.89 hourlySchedule: Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm (Full‑Time, Non‑Exempt)BenefitsComprehensive benefits package beginning 0–90 days after hire, including vacation, personal, and sick leave; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage; flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) plan.Discounts on brand‑name apparel, attendance at employee events, and opportunities for growth and advancement.What You Will DoCollaborate with leadership to improve processes and support daily operations in the DC.Efficiently monitor customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping of products, ensuring safety, security, accuracy, and productivity standards.Operate required machinery (cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, stock chasers).Meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.Report and record any discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages.Maintain required process/procedures audits.Provide training in customer service duties as required.Train new hires to ensure optimal productivity and quality.Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Distribution Center.Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.Act professionally and contribute to a safe working environment.Perform additional duties as assigned and cross‑train as needed.What We're Looking ForMust be at least 18 years old.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to read and speak English.Reliable transportation.Ability to follow detailed instructions.Experience operating warehouse equipment and machinery.Comfortable using electronic devices.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion.Basic math skills (count, add, subtract).Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.Flexible with start and departure times.Ability to work overtime when needed.Ability to work independently without close supervision.Responsible for additional duties as assigned.Protective EquipmentProper safety equipment, such as safety toe shoes, bump caps, and safety vests, is required when necessary. PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend for safety‑toe shoes after 90 days of employment. Check with HR for role‑specific requirements.Physical DemandsWork requires standing and walking for an 8+ hour shift, frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling items up to 50 lbs. Requires moderate hand‑eye coordination, near and far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and hearing.Working EnvironmentJob performed in a warehouse that ranges from warm to cool temperatures, around machines and equipment with moderate noise.
