Job Title: General Warehouse Associate
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team in the Stead area. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including order picking, packing, and inventory management, to ensure efficient operations. This is a full-time position with a set schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Please note that we are a temp agency and this is a long-term, not permanent, position.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders for shipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse role, demonstrating solid knowledge of order fulfillment processes.

  • Proven track record of consistent and dependable performance in previous positions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
