Location Las Vegas NV Hybrid minimum 3 days per week onsiteAbout Switch SwitchAt Switch we dont just design build and operate data centerswe are enabling the technology of the future Led by Founder & CEO Rob Roy we believe in revolutionary innovation operational excellence and the principle of karma Switch is where talented people come together to EVOLVE the digital world We believe that innovation isnt just about technologyits about the people culture and purpose that make it happen Every Switch team member contributes to a mission greater than themselves to create the worlds most advanced digital infrastructure that powers the progress of humanityThe Role Supply Chain Coordinator As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will support data center construction projects by coordinating logistics documentation and vendor communication for owner furnished equipment This role exists to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule documentation is complete and project teams have clear status updates You will work closely with project managers suppliers and internal teams to keep equipment moving and reduce delaysWhat Youll Do Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules for owner furnished and contractor installed equipmentTrack domestic and international shipments and provide clear status updatesMaintain accurate purchase orders shipping records invoices contracts and closeout documentationSupport onsite delivery coordination including quality checks and documentation reviewParticipate in coordination meetings with contractors and vendors to confirm schedules and accountabilityMonitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planningReview drawing revisions to confirm equipment scope and requirementsPrepare routine project reports and KPI updatesIdentify process gaps and recommend practical improvementsProvide onsite support at assigned project locations as neededWhat Were Looking For You communicate clearly and provide complete accurate updatesYou follow through on tasks and meet deadlinesYou stay organized while managing multiple prioritiesYou work within established processes and escalates risks earlyYou collaborate effectively with cross functional partnersYou focus on solutions and maintain accountabilityWhat Youll Bring Required 24 years of experience in supply chain logistics construction coordination or a related fieldWorking knowledge of purchase orders shipping documentation and inventory trackingExperience coordinating vendors or suppliersProficiency in Excel and standard project documentation toolsAbility to work onsite at least three days per week in one of the listed locationsPreferred Experience supporting construction or data center projectsFamiliarity with owner furnished equipment coordinationExperience tracking international shipmentsWhy Switch A Culture of Karma.
