Description As the Production Coordinator, your primary job will be facilitating the movement of orders through each department within the production facility.Why SendCutSend? If you're excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!What you'll do Efficiently manage the flow of orders through each department in the facility, ensuring customer orders are promptly transferred to the correct stages of the production processAssist with ensuring production is following established procedures and standards in each departmentCommunicate and collaborate with all departments in production to maintain a smooth workflow, helping to clear bottlenecks as they ariseRegularly monitor Fast Pass, review the stalled order report, check orders on the IR rack, and perform Chapel auditsCommunicate with and update the Customer Support Team on order status when requestedAssist with any additional production tasks as directed by the leadership and management team (ie restocking, denesting, or other production needs)Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles through busy work areas while adhering to established safety protocols and maintaining control at all times.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environmentMinimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentExceptional multitasking and time management abilities to track multiple shifting schedules and deadlinesOrganizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsA proactive, calm approach to handling unexpected logistical issues on short noticeAttention to detailClear verbal and written communication skills to act as a bridge between team members and departmentsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environmentPrevious experience working with production schedules or batch processingEssential Physical Requirements Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devicesAble to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbsAbility to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per shiftWork Environment Manufacturing and production floor environmentWork performed around CNC lasers, press brakes, machinery, and material handling equipmentExposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materialsUse of required protective equipment at all timesBenefits Medical, Dental, & Vision coveragePaid holidays + PTO401K with company matchTuition reimbursementPaid parental leaveShort-term disabilityLunch provided dailyEmployee discount on partsSafety Shoe VoucherSchedule Monday-Thursday, 5:00AM-3:00PM#J-18808-Ljbffr
