Seeking a full-time Maintenance Janitor for an apartment community. Rental housing discount available if living on site. The Maintenance Janitor reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. The primary responsibilities of the Porter-Janitor are daily cleaning of the common areas, grounds, parking lot, and community area upkeep, service requests, and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service.
