Job TitleHamilton Medical is looking for motivated individuals who have strong attention to detail and are looking for a company to grow with.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:Responsible for pulling orders accurately, providing quality and timely work in a fast pace environmentPrepare products for shipment, including proper packaging and documentation, labels and carrier selection to ensure timeliness, accuracy and product integrityFollow shipping and receiving procedures according to standardsContinually suggest and implement ways to increase efficiency and quality of servicesResponsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing shipping schedules for multiple site locations (domestic and international)Perform status updates throughout the shipping schedule to ensure timely delivery to international and domestic sitesCoordinate material deliveries for shipping, production, weighing, sealing, and wrapping according to specificationsPackaging instruments, assemblies into boxesEnsure the stock area is clean and orderly utilizing space efficientlyKeep in compliance with the safety programReview daily reports to control correct part movements and maintain accurate shipping logsAssist the lead person in the investigation of inventory discrepancies and correct accordinglyProvide excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skillAll other duties as assignedQualificationsExperience using UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping systemsWorking knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
