Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate supports the build and deployment of infrastructure by assembling hardware components, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and uptime in a high-tech environment. Additionally, the Associate responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound shipments at the dock, ensuring proper loading/unloading, and maintaining compliance with safety and scheduling requirements.Key Responsibilities:Assemble racks, cable systems, and other hardware components.Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming shipments.Prepare and stage materials for deployment.Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Collaborate with technicians and engineers to support build schedules.Essential SkillsProficiency in Excel and Word for inventory purposes.Good attention to detail.Experience in inventory, manufacturing, and assembly.Familiarity with mechanical assembly, construction, and general labor.Knowledge of forklift and material handling operations.OSHA 10 certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a warehouse environment.Ability to work within a team and independently.Why Work Here?Enjoy a supportive company culture that values long-term growth.
