Picker/Packers

Employnet is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking products, preparing customer orders, and ensuring items are properly packed and ready for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pull products from warehouse inventory according to customer orders.
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, and order information for accuracy.
• Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
• Label and organize completed orders for proper delivery.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
• Load and unload products while following proper handling procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Work effectively with team members to complete daily warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
