We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and long-term house and pet sitter to become a seamless part of our routine. Because our work keeps us traveling frequently—both domestically and abroad—we are seeking a dependable partner who can provide top-tier care for our home and our beloved 11-year-old Pug, Marley.
What We Are Looking For:

Consistent Schedule: Willingness to stay overnight at our home every other week for 4 to 5 nights at a time, plus occasional weekends and extended stays (weeks at a time) when we travel overseas.
The 4-Hour Rule (Strict / Deal-Breaker): Marley needs regular company! We require a sitter who will not leave Marley alone for more than 4 consecutive hours at any point during the stay.
Overnight Snuggles & Daily Walks: Marley is low maintenance, loves to snuggle in bed with you at night, and enjoys a nice daily walk (weather permitting).
Strict No-Guest Policy: For privacy and security, no additional visitors or guests are allowed in our home during your stay—it is strictly for you.
Clear & Consistent Communication: We love proactive updates and photo check-ins while we're on the road.
House & Pet Sitter Responsibilities:
Plant Care: We have several indoor house plants that require periodic watering (clear, step-by-step instructions provided on how and when to water each one).
Daily Vacuuming: Marley is a big shedder! We ask that you vacuum daily throughout the areas of the home where Marley is allowed using our two Dyson vacuums.
What We Provide & Amenities:
Fully Stocked & Comfortable Home: You are welcome to cook anything you'd like, help yourself to the food and drinks in the house, and use our washer and dryer during your stay.
Detailed Instructions: We leave a comprehensive guide detailing Marley's exact likes, daily routine, and timing so you feel fully supported.
Compensation & Rates:
Overnight Stays: $40 / night
Day Stay (No Overnight): $25 / day (for days when you stay with Marley for the majority of the day but do not stay through the night)
