The main role of this team is to accurately and efficiently check in, put away, and prep inbound freight and existing inventory for picking daily customer orders.IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILLUnload Inbound Freight from shipping containers and tractor trailersBreakdown and detailed receipt of inbound purchase orders using RF SystemInventory Transfer material using RF SystemPerform product put-away using RF System and Material Handling EquipmentInventory consolidation as neededPerform general receiving and inventory functions as neededGeneral warehouse responsibilities, and other duties as assignedSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONSHS Diploma and 3+ years of experience in warehousing preferred; shipping, receiving, inventory control and related fields.Attendance record in good standing (internal candidates)Knowledge of warehouse management systems, RF scanners, receiving processes, inventory control tools and concepts. J.D. Persons holding manual labor positions work at specific Legend locations, but may occasionally be required to travel to other locations, as needed. Employees in these positions are frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to hot or cold weather, and wet and/or humid conditions.
