Position Summary

Employnet is seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Crew Associate to join our warehouse and distribution team. This role is responsible for unloading shipments, moving materials throughout the facility, preparing customer orders, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Theideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.
• Build pallets to set quantity based on SKU
• Hand wrap and tag pallets
• Stage pallets to be put away
• Strip gift box out of shipping carton (utilization of box cutter)
• Build pallet of material per specifications (follow detailed guidance)
• Maintain the dock cleanliness (sweep and empty trash)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or unloading experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Must be able to follow verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Read, write, and comprehend English.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
