Reno, NV: Light Picker/Packer: 2nd Shift $18.00/hrPenguin Random House LLC is seeking qualified workers for light picker/packer positions on the 2nd shift. $18.00/hr. and full benefits effective your first day of employment. Monday - Friday 10:30am - 6:30pm.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Pick and pack customer book orders using a variety of methods including voice automationProcess customer book returns in a variety of waysUsing a computer and/or hand-held radio frequency (RF) equipmentRequires basic reading and math skillsMust be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis and occasionally up to 35 lbs.Must be able to stand for an entire shift (minimal breaks provided)Must be able to climb stairs and be comfortable working on an upper mezzanine levelMust follow all safety rules and work well in a team-orientated environmentMust possess the flexibility to work in other areas based on business needsMinimum age requirement is 16Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain good overall safety and attendance recordWork well in a team-orientated environmentMust adhere to all established safety and precaution measuresThe health and safety of all our employees is critical.
