We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity starting at $19/hour, PLUS a $100 weekly bonus.Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Fridays OFF! Starting Pay: $19/hour Weekly Bonus: $100 Potential Overtime: January, April, July & OctoberThis is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.What You'll Be Doing:Batch and process customer ordersHandle order substitutionsUse a Warehouse Management System (WMS)Enter and maintain accurate order and inventory informationCommunicate with shipping staff regarding deliveries and schedulesCoordinate with stockers to keep products replenishedWork closely with warehouse leads and supervisorsHelp keep daily warehouse operations organized and running smoothlyWhat We're Looking For:Warehouse or operations experience preferredWMS experience is a plusMicrosoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skillsStrong and accurate data-entry skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeDependable and able to work independently as well as with a teamPhysical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk throughout a 10-hour shift and work comfortably in a warehouse environment.Important Warehouse Policy: Bluetooth-enabled devices are not permitted on the warehouse floor, including cell phones, smartwatches/Apple Watches, AirPods, wireless earbuds, and other Bluetooth-enabled electronics.4 DAYS ON. 3 DAYS OFF. $100 WEEKLY BONUS.
