This position includes both quality assurance and packing responsibilities. The associate will inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet all specifications and quality standards. Attention to detail is critical for success in this role. Once items are approved, the associate will accurately pack orders and palletize them for shipment. Additional responsibilities include documenting inspection results, identifying and reporting any non-conforming products, and working closely with the production team to maintain consistent product quality.Packers Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand and work for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong work ethicMust pass required pre-employment screeningApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
