SelectorLocation: Reno, NV Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $20/hourJob SummaryThe selector is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, building pallets, and preparing products for shipment in a safe, fast-paced warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate an electric pallet jack, reach truck, and stock picker safelySelect and pick products from warehouse rackingUse RF scanners and label technology to identify and label productsBuild and palletize customer orders according to company standardsStage completed pallets for shipping and stretch wrap loadsPerform equipment inspections before and after each shiftMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with loading, unloading, and lumping trucks as neededFollow all warehouse safety procedures and company policiesPerform other warehouse duties as assignedRequirementsAt least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred (training provided)Experience operating a reach truck, stock picker, and electric pallet jackAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishBasic math skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shiftWork EnvironmentDry warehouse (no freezer or refrigerated work)Large truck shipments with order picking and pallet buildingTeam-oriented environment with long-tenured employeesBenefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
