K&S Staffing Solutions is hiring Differential Assemblers in Reno, Nevada. We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join a hands-on production environment assembling and inspecting differential components.

This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive, mechanical, manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience who enjoys working with tools and learning mechanical processes.

Job Duties

• Assemble differential components according to specifications

• Install gears, bearings, seals, shafts, and related components

• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and shop equipment

• Inspect components for damage, defects, or excessive wear

• Measure and verify parts for proper fit and alignment

• Follow assembly instructions and production procedures

• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process

• Maintain accurate production and inspection records

• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe

• Follow all company safety requirements

• Meet established production and quality standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical, automotive, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred

• Differential, drivetrain, transmission, or driveline experience is a plus

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow detailed instructions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift and move materials as required
