Hi! I'm seeking a resourceful and ambitious sidekick to support me and help me support my friends and family while I'm running my very demanding project. You'll be a valued member of my personal team, not a servant. Responsibilities range from simple and practical to complex, intellectual, and interpersonal.

If you'd been on my team this past month, I'd have asked you to manage the process of fixing my car – I refuse to give up my 2005 Element, it's just such a handy vehicle! – but would also have asked for help searching for candidate therapists for a good friend of mine I'm trying to help out.

In the interview process, I'll tell you about the project I run. By helping me, you'd be increasing the odds I can make it succeed, so it's important that you feel good about that :)

I'm offering $75-125k. I'll pay based on competence regardless of what you've earned in the past, how young or old you are, or any specific experience you have. I'm looking for someone whose judgment and character I can really trust with important stuff, but I have no specific requirements for your background.

I'll ask you to take on a wide range of things and hold you to a high standard, so you'll get good operational experience that can prepare you for operational, administrative, assistant, or project management roles in the startup or corporate world. You'll have a window into startup life, so if you find that interesting that could be a bonus.
