What We`re Looking For:

• A skilled Escrow Officer with a proven track record of handling a variety of real estate transactions (residential, commercial, refinance).  Ideally you would know the Fernley and Fallon market and have relationships there, but we`re also open to having someone commute to these locations.     
• If you are an outstanding Escrow assistant with aspirations of becoming a full Escrow Officer, we want to talk to you. We can accelerate your growth into an escrow officer role.
• A proactive communicator who earns trust through early and frequent communication with clients, agents, and lenders.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to oversee and finalize documents and funds with 100% accuracy.
• A relationship-builder who can ask for repeat business and expand their book of business through superior service.

The Location Advantage: This role will primarily cover Fernley and Fallon, NV—both growing, rural communities just outside of Reno. We`re looking for someone either based in these areas or willing to commute from Reno/Sparks. If you thrive on building connections in tight-knit communities, this opportunity is for you!
