Reno Staffing is in search of a Business Development / Sales/ Marketing Position.

We are looking for consistency and creativity to ensure our company attracts the best clients with the most enticing job opportunities.

Monday- Friday, 8:30am-4pm

Sales/Networking

• research upcoming/appropriate events, grow connections and maintain relationships
• research companies coming into the area and who the appropriate contacts are
• meet with prospective clients and offer our staffing services
• negotiate agreements and support overall sales efforts

Marketing

• Coordinate the creation and management of digital and print marketing collateral.
• Create engaging content for social media, website, and email.
• Provide support for the company's CRM system, including data entry, list segmentation, reporting, and tracking and managing leads and customer interactions within the CRM.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Social Media

• Support the development and execution of social media campaigns aligned with marketing and communications strategies.
• Film, Produce and Edit video content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to highlight special initiatives.
• Ensure all social media content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Maintain consistent visuals and messaging across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends and platform updates.
