Day to day operations of the office
Office is open M-F 10-5:30
Outstanding customer service a must
Great phone skills, professionally handling phone and walk in inquires
resolving customer problems
Shows, Rents, keeping the units, hallways and grounds clean
General management of the office including opening and closing office
On time each day, keeping and balancing petty cash, Banking preparing bi-weekly reports.
Maintaining all customer files.
Controls past due clients through telephone contact and letters.
Sending out pre and lien sale notices
Handling an auction
Keeping the office clean and professional
Computer skills…. storage software program experience a plus
Good organizational and customer service skills
Experience & Qualifications
Prior Self-storage experience Preferred but not required
Customer service, retail sales, Marketing experience preferred
General office and phone skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation,
Able to learn to use security equipment
Infrequently carry weight or lift up to 50lbs
Sweeping units and hallways, cutting locks, changing latches, light bulbs, weatherstripping
Starting at $16 per hr
