SK Food Group a state-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility here in Reno, Nevada. We currently operate a 150,000 sq. ft. production facility designed to provide the highest quality products and service. The associates who make up the SK Food Group team are the very heart and core of our company.

We are looking for a Process Control Technician to join our Charcuterie team in Reno, NV, for both AM and PM shifts.

Reporting to the Charcuterie Supervisor, the Process Control Technician will be responsible for auditing compliance to Production, Quality and Maintenance work systems.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist in developing standard work documents for manufacturing processes.
  • Identify Management of Change requirements
  • Participate in Management of Change Reviews and provide insight.
  • Audit Standard Work compliance by auditing map (Risk Based Frequency).
  • Communicate any deviations immediately to Line supervision/Department Leadership.
  • Provide daily summary of non-compliance to Plant Management.
  • Participate in Coaching compliance to Standard Work.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to operate standard lab equipment.

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Knowledge of Food Safety fundamentals is desirable.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of organization.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or one to three months of related experience and/or training are required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
