Reno Staffing is looking for a Production Associate Line Lead for a Powder Coating Client in the USA Parkway area!
This is a production associate line lead position and experience in the field will be required, great team and great work environment!
Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
Pay: $26.47/hr.
Location: USA Parkway, must have own transportation as a shuttle is not provided.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating variety of machines on multiple lines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you may be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined below.
- Guides, trains, coaches, and counsels team members on multiple lines in relation to operations and to ensure productivity and quality targets are met and to maximize line utilization, and the growth of team members’ skills and flexibility.
- Reports and analyzes performance metrics to provide feedback to team members, determine areas for improvement, and move toward achievement of targets.
- Leads and participates in problem solving and process improvement teams to exceed customer commitments or plant metrics and performance.
- Communicates with other departments and team members to provide appropriate information and consistent service to internal and external customers.
- Perform the work of the line by handling parts, inspecting, and packaging finished goods, and provide parts and equipment to the line in order to maximize utilization.
- Ensure the required performance, process, and quality testing is completed in order to provide consistent coating quality to our customers and financial performance to the shareholders.
- Promote and utilize 5-S standards to improve safety, efficiency, and cleanliness. Create and coordinate the execution of action plans to achieve 5-S targets.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; 2 or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.
A resume and onsite interview will be required. A 10-panel drug test will be required after interview if considered. Will be testing for THC.
