Reno Staffing is looking for several disassemblers for Solar Technology Manufacturing Company in the Spanish Springs area!

Shift: Swing Shift, Monday-Friday 2:30pm to 11pm (OT as needed)
Pay: $20.00/hr.
Location: Spanish Springs 89441(not on a bus route)

Contract ONLY- NOT temp to hire! 

Summary:  
The Assembler Associate will support and contribute by playing a key role in the RMA, QA, and Refurbishment activities in the lab.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Other duties may be assigned.

• Disassemble and assemble inverters.
• Create traveler.
• Follow product functions according to specifications and standards.
• Inspect the quality of parts with micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Ensure all production goals are consistently met.
• At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.

Competency: 
 To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

 High school diploma 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an assembler preferred.
• Knowledge of proper lab practices and safety.
• Experience with Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical assembly process.
• Utilize small tools to perform assemblies.
• Should have the basic knowledge of using a PC. And enter production data into computer.
• Willingness to learn systems, processes, and procedures.
• Knowledge of machines, tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 – 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Be punctual and have great attendance.
