HVAC MECHANIC
Must be knowledgeable in high rise building maintenance. Maintaining boilers, chillers, cooling towers, HVAC systems, building automation systems, fans, pumps, motors.
Must have experience with plumbing, electrical, lighting systems, can read building plans/prints.
Must have EPA 608 Universal Certification
Must pass a government background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Job is M-F, 8 hours per day, ~ 8:30-5:00
